Acquisition and Due Diligence
We regularly assist our clients in making corporate and property acquisitions. Our
approach involves the use of information gathering computer templates and financial
models that allow us to draft our report while collecting and analyzing information and
data. This allows us to be more responsive to our client’s information needs throughout
the acquisition process.
On each assignment, we work closely with our client, its legal advisors and real estate investment appraisers throughout the decision making process to obtain all the information required to negotiate the best deal. Very importantly, throughout the process, we ensure that our client is kept fully appraised of key issues that might impact on the decision as they emerge.
When required we will also assist a client in performing a desktop analysis prior to commissioning a full due diligence assignment. This affords our clients a low cost alternative to quickly assessing the opportunities and risks of a transaction, prior to the stage of full commitment to move forward.
